Because of the nature in which Toughbook are suppose to be used the Refurbished Toughbooks do show cosmetic abuse. Scratches, Scuffs and Dings are normal wear and tear for a Toughbook Laptop. We sell only the most Cosmetically "pretty" looking Toughbook 29s and Toughbook 18s.

ToughbookPros.com strongly recommends upgrading the Memory to a full 1.2GB or 1.5GB of RAM. This allows your Toughbook 29 or Toughbook 18 to run smoothly and seamlessly with nearly all software programs. For our Public Safety clients who run the traditional In-Vehicle Software, a Memory upgrade is a great investment.

The Toughbook 29 does not come with a Optical Drive. A CDRW/DVD Combo Drive and CD-Rom are available. A External CDRW/DVDRW USB Drive is available for the Toughbook 18 and Toughbook 29.

Power Accessories: A New Battery will give you 4-5 hours of run time in most conditions. A Vehicle Charger allows you to charge your Refurbished Toughbook off the vehicle's cigarette adapter.
